
How to Schedule Private Events
Private Chef Service Fees and Details:
A general summary is that you will have a special meal made mostly on site at your location by Chef Santana who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and has a passion for making food “art”.
Special Event Notes:
Location to be agreed upon but within limits of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Only booking up to 4 people per event location
Per Person Services
2 appetizers
1 entrée (Ability to choose between 2 options)
1 dessert
Per Person Service fee:
To be discussed per person (Must be paid on the day of booking).
Per person additional services included:
Personalized grocery shopping, cooking in person, traveling to and from the agreed location, cleaning up the food area after the event, food presentation items such as plates, bowls, custom designs and more will be provided by Chef Santana and are covered in the per person fee above and will be removed once the event has been completed.
Options to be discussed during booking:
Choice of a salad for the entire table
2 large appetizers for the entire table vs. singles per person
Additional Charges:
Grocery charges are charged separately to get the best pricing for you based on your selection(s).
30% of the grocery charges are also due on the day of the event booking.
Grocery balance will be due 5 days prior to the day of the event.
*Grocery prices of course vary but any changes to the above average pricing will be communicated and agreed upon between
the event coordinator and Chef Santana.
Cancellation Notes:
Cancellation fee – Non refundable per person fee due to blocking time for your event with this limited special event pricing
Cancellation for Grocery deposit of 30% will be returned if prior to 5 days before the event.
Cancellation of no later than 5 days prior until the day of the event
